Our product "Argoculus" is an IoT platform that can be started on a small scale and at a low cost, and is easy to use even without IT knowledge. It addresses the challenge of wanting to monitor the operation of old equipment or equipment controlled by simple sequencers through IoT, leading to production management and anomaly detection. We enable the IoT transformation of equipment by capturing voltage signals from retrofitted sensors and control devices. It can accommodate the following types of equipment: - Equipment that does not have sensors useful for operation monitoring, etc. - Equipment equipped with simple control devices (sequencers) It allows for anomaly detection through automatic monitoring of operational status and improves the efficiency of inspection tasks. Automation of daily pre-shift checks and regular equipment inspections and record-keeping helps alleviate labor shortages.
